Me

Tennis Raised Me. Psychology Saved Me. Now, I Bridge the Gap.

I’ve held a racket since I was 5—15+ years of love, losses, and lessons.

  • Failed miserably. (Cut from my university team— a new coach saw something in me and brought me back.)

  • Won some. (But trophies didn’t fix the pre-game panic or post-loss spirals.)

  • Learned everything. (BS in Psychology → MS in Sport & Performance Psychology, because I needed answers.)

Now, I help athletes do what I couldn’t at first:

  • Compete without crumbling

  • Care deeply, without it destroying you

  • Actually enjoy the game

This isn’t theory. It’s what I wish I’d known when I was smashing rackets and tying my worth to wins.

Let’s work with your mind, not against it.
