  • What if I need urgent mental health support?

    While we're here for your performance psychology needs, we don't provide emergency services. For immediate help, please contact:

  • Can I reschedule my session?

    Absolutely! You can reschedule up to 3 times per booking, as long as you do it before the 24-hour cancellation window of your original session.

  • What if I reschedule but then need to cancel?

    In this case, we'll keep your payment as credit for future sessions rather than issuing a refund.

  • What happens if I'm running late?

    We'll still end at the scheduled time to be fair to other clients, but we'll make the most of whatever time remains!

  • What if I completely miss my session?

    No-shows are non-refundable, but we're happy to reschedule with advance notice for future appointments.

  • What's your cancellation policy?

    We offer full refunds with 24+ hours notice. For example:

    Session on Friday at 3 PM? Cancel by Thursday at 3 PM for a refund

    Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable
